As promised to the 2007 South Africa retreatants, we will follow-up on our $10,000 investment in Archbishop Desmond Tutu’s Charity, Emasithandane (Mama Maphosela) Children’s Orphanage. Volunteers are requested, but not mandated to work in the orphanage, e.g., offer tutoring to the children, render medical services, and provide professional/personal development to the staff. Ms. Hazél will present a free 3-hour forgiveness workshop to the community.
Secure your spot by making a $500, non-refundable deposit which must accompany the registration form. An additional $1,750 is due by November 15, 2011. There will be no refunds after November 1st.
